Monday - what we can expect...

Today between Scott & I we spoke with all our caregivers, and now know what we can expect.

We do have an appointment with Dr. Greeno on the 19th of December, Scott will have a CT Scan on that day also. We are not expecting to have the EUS surgery until at least January sometime. Scott can expect to feel stronger each day with the TNP, he is not really feeling well yet, but he certainly has improved from last Monday.

Claire is going to learn what we do with the TPN. It will be nice to have the additional helper when Scott needs assistance.

Things are going ok, we hope the TPN treatment continues to run smoothly.

I just caught up on all your updates since I've been gone, home, gone and home again. Hope as of this writing things are going a little better and that you are a little more comfortable. Keep hanging tough. I know this is not easy, but thoughts, prayers and never ending support is ALWAYS there. Kids were home for Thanksgiving weekend. It was nice, but quiet. Mom & Dad's empty chairs loom pretty large at the holiday table. Missing them always seems a little stronger this time of the year. You take care and I'll write again soon. Love you lots------cousin Kris

Roxy and Scott- This is Allison, Claire's friend from Winona State. Right now I am a nurse at Mayo Clinic in Rochester but spend about half the week in Cottage Grove. I will be moving back to the cities within the month. I have much experience with TPN and long term IV access. If you or Claire ever need ANYTHING or would like help just let me know. Take care. Allison
